What is Team Madore?

Team Madore is a group of individuals who will be doing the primary work toward re-electing Shelley Madore as the state legislator for Minnesota House District 37A in 2008. Shelley just missed being elected to this open seat in 2004 and finally took this seat for the DFL in the 2006 election, proving that moderate, progressive Democrats can be elected in this area.

However, Shelley certainly will not rest on her laurels. The Republicans are infuriated that she won the 2006 election in a district they had held for over a generation. Team Madore's new task is to ensure she remains a voice for the citizens of Minnesota House District 37A in the State Legislature. Education, transportation, and property tax reform are among the many issues that still need to be addressed.
